These Terms of Service govern your use of Operiq, an AI-powered social media platform operated by Operiq AB. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service description

Operiq generates, schedules and publishes social media content on your behalf to connected platforms including Meta (Instagram, Facebook) and LinkedIn, using the official APIs of those platforms.

2. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of any brand you connect. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.

3. Subscription & billing

Operiq is offered on a monthly subscription. The current plan is 499 SEK / month, billed in advance. You may cancel at any time and access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are not issued for partial months.

4. AI-generated content

Operiq uses AI to draft captions, images and schedules. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing. Operiq is not liable for content you choose to publish through the platform.

5. Platform APIs & compliance

Use of connected platforms is also subject to their terms (Meta Platform Terms, LinkedIn API Terms, etc.). Operiq may suspend integrations if a platform changes its rules or revokes API access.

6. Acceptable use

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content generated for your brand. Operiq retains ownership of the platform, models, code and design.

8. Data & privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion at any time via the Delete Data page.

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Operiq is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, reach or data caused by platform API failures.
