You have the right to request deletion of all your data stored by Operiq at any time. This page explains exactly what gets removed and how to submit a request.

Please send the request from the email address registered on your account and use the subject line “Delete my data”. This helps us verify your identity and process the request quickly.
We confirm every deletion request within 72 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days, in line with GDPR. OAuth tokens for connected platforms are revoked immediately upon receipt of the request.
You can disconnect a specific social platform at any time from the “Connected accounts” page inside Operiq, without deleting your full account. Doing so revokes and removes the related OAuth tokens immediately.
Certain information may be retained where required by law (for example invoices under bookkeeping rules). Such data is stored separately, anonymised where possible, and deleted as soon as the legal retention period ends.
To remove data stored by the social platforms themselves (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), please also use the connected-apps settings inside each platform. Disconnecting in Operiq revokes our tokens, but posts already published to your accounts remain under your control on the respective platform.
